Board of Directors

Coastal Electric Cooperative is governed by a policy-making board of 9 trustees, three each from the counties of Bryan, Liberty and McIntosh.

The directors serve staggered terms of three years each. These directors are elected at-large at the Annual Meeting of the Members, and exercise all of the powers of the Cooperative, except those reserved to the Members, according to the bylaws of Coastal Electric Cooperative.
